The Cheung Wine Cellar was completed in October 2020 by Smithling Cellars. The wine cellar contains individual wine bottle storage, as well as plenty of case storage shelves. The cellar also has a custom-made cherry 3-drawer rack that can store 375-ml bottles, magnums, and champagne.
The cellar capacity is 1000 bottles and is temperature and humidity controlled by a Wine Guardian D025 ducted system. The cellar also has a custom-made Torii Gate set against the featured stone wall, that rises above the cherry counter in the back of the wine cellar.
