This beautiful wine cellar was designed by the team at Wine Cellar Creations. A combination of brick and wood gives the room a rustic and inviting feel. The Wine Cellar Creations’ team manufactured the mahogany racking and backlit them using LED lights. The cellar, which is actually located under a four car garage, has a tumbled travertine floor and a ceiling made from barn board.
The cellar features a unique bar top that rests on top of wine barrels, further contributing to its rustic look. This bar area is perfect for sharing quality time with friends and family. A glass front fridge was also installed in the cellar so that the owner had a place to store their cold cuts. There is also a red meat slicer with a butcher block top.
Wine Cellar Creations commissioned custom wrought iron gates for the entrance to the cellar with special details requested by the customer.
To maintain optimal temperature conditions, the cellar is powered by a Wine Guardian D200 ducted wine cellar cooling unit. The system is cleverly hidden in a mechanical room behind a secret brick door in the cellar. Improper temperature and humidity levels can harm wine collections, so proper cooling equipment is essential.
