The sophisticated eatery, designed by French architect Jaques Garcia, has a modern-style wine cellar that serves as an art piece for the restaurant’s guests. This wine cellar utilizes four Wine Guardian cooling units to ensure the wine is being properly preserved. The cellar has two D050 Self Contained Systems with Serving Temperature Options and two D088 Self Contained Systems.
