Wine Guardian has partnered with Sunset to produce an article going over the basics of wine cellar design and cooling. Sunset’s team sat down with Wine Guardian North American Division Manager, Mike Militi, and asked questions on the wine cellar design process and why proper preservation is so important for the enjoyment of wine. “You don’t want to find out 10 years later that the wine you bought to age is not quite as good as it might have been if you had stored it perfectly” says Militi. “You’re going to want 100% of the nuance and only proper storage will guarantee that.”
